No Therapeutic Relationship

Contacting me through this website, submitting a form, or sending an email does not create a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after a formal intake process, informed consent, and mutual agreement to begin therapy.

Licensure disclosure/Jurisdictional limitations

I am independently licensed as a psychologist in New Jersey (35SI00680000), New York (026941), Massachusetts (PSY10045), and have the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Psychology (PSYPACT APIT Mobility Number 17246) in over 40 additional states and territories through PSYPACT (see map of participating states/territories: https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap). I am NOT able to meet with you if you are not physically in one of these locations during our sessions once we have an established therapeutic relationship.
